Material that you see on BayPress.org may be protected by copyright, trade mark, patent or other protections, even if it is not stated to be. Do not download data unless you have the right or appropriate consent to do so.

Accordingly, the producers of BayPress.org, the Bay Area Citizens Editorial Board Members, Clinton Reilly Holdings, Clint Reilly, his family, agents, employees, and associates do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, contained on or accessed through BayPress.org

2. No Spam Policy

Sending unsolicited email advertisements to BayPress.org web forms or email addresses may be a violation of certain federal and state laws, including without limitation the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030 et seq.), Section 502 of the California Penal Code and Section 17538.45 of the California Business and Professions Code. Such violations may subject the sender and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties.

3. Privacy

If you are surfing and reading information on our website then we collect and store the following information about your visit:
